I added bicycle parking and now it is not showing up in the app!
Please try the "Clear bike parking cache" or "Refresh spots" feature to reset the apps locally stored parking data. On Android this can be found by clicking the three dots in the top right corner of the screen. On iPhone this is found on the manage tab. Also, spots that cannot be verified with a clear image may be removed. If they still are not showing up please contact us so we can look into the issue further.
What are the different types of bike parking?
There is a list of some different types of bike parking on this site found here: bicycle parking types. If the type of bike parking is not listed you can select something similar, leave it blank or send us a quick note to let us know that we need to add more types!
The pin in the mini map is not moving.
Try touching the mini map to activate it then touch it again and hold to activate the pin. It should move or "pop-up" then it can be dragged around. Use the zoom button to help pinpoint the exact location.
